Shipping Policy

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Based on our logistics settings:

  • Hong Kong: 3-7 business days.

  • Asia (Regional): 5-10 business days.

  • International (UK, Europe, North America): 7-14 business days.

Customs & Duties (DDP): For international orders, all duties and taxes are included at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid). You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges: Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at concierge@ironicparadoxists.com within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

退換貨運費： 請注意，所有與退貨或換貨相關的運費均須由顧客自行承擔。我們建議您使用可追蹤的郵寄服務，因為我們無法保證一定能收到您退回的商品。

損壞與問題： 請在收到作品後立即檢查。若商品有缺陷、損壞或品項錯誤，請於 48 小時內發送電子郵件至 concierge@ironicparadoxists.com，我們將竭誠為您評估並處理問題。
